Lol least wise I think he's a Sharp shin,... Either that or a Coppers hawk... Little bugger is trying to eat all the ruffed grouse around here.

Since recently I don't always get notifications and so I'm missing comments. In Followed+Own it will then say there are X unseen posts. So I missed some here too and missed a few excellent images.

Anyway, just another Great Crested Grebe having a shake in the last light of day. Shot from a bad angle towards the setting sun though. Oh well...

he was twice as big as any Broad winged I have ever seen, Im leaning toward Coopers now,...But I'm no judge... her does have a square tail. !! I have a lot of birds in me head but these guys have such small differences. Ya got to be on your toes lol

Reason I guessed Broad-wing is because he looks exactly like the hawks up here at the cabin and they are Broad-wing. Ill drum the only pic I have of one but its not great. Matters not, you got an awesome capture .
