couple of images with the new Canon 1.4 III extender. hard to tell if the images are clearer than the 1.4 II, however it is definitely much faster. i don't think i've had a keeper rate as high as i have today. the weather wasn't the best today but no way i wasn't going to give it a try.

Stellar siskin!!

My white goldfinch showed back up again this weekend. Always reminds me of Jeff's luecsitic chickadee...which doesnt show anymore :(

Wow He is very cool.... I miss that little guy.. I think he was here at my house for three winters.. I do wonder just what happened to him.
That white was the hardest thing I ever tried to shoot I think... Wasted a good half a 7DII on that bird lol

Nice one Rob... its nice that you guys get to experience what those of us farther north have to deal with about everyday. I don't know how the animals do it.. I would have died living outside last night.
