So I went to Australia for the afternoon - got this pic of a bird - no idea what kind it is.
There're hard to get close to. I got one a while back after a few shots.

And the Lumix this past weekend was in my lap throughout a 4 day paddle camping trip. mFT has its limitations but this set up doesn't weigh a bunch considering it's focal length (200-800mm 35 equivalent), lens and body are weather sealed- and both lens and body got dripped on and/or condensation quite a bit, and it didn't get in my way of moving the paddle 42 miles.

Yep, at Jerrabomberra Wetlands, Canberra. We don't have White-cheeked here but one turned up late last year and seems it got on well with the New Holland I prefer to be in the bush with the animals than a crowded city.
