Thank you MM, I appreciate you taking the time to explain what you do!

Please pardon my ignorance... what is mFT?

Charles, mFT is micro-four thirds.....describing the sensor size in Panasonic and Olympus cameras. Panasonic, i.e. Lumix, shares lens mounts with Olympus so you can use
either manufacturer's lenses. We have Oly and Panasonic lenses at home.

Ok thanks! I have heard about mFT cameras, but did not know how to add 2+2 in this case to get Micro-Four Thirds! ;-)a

Shorty, those are very well taken, top shelf stuff, (TSS), (a new one, I think), seriously though, very nice!

Took my sister in law and her husband for a drive down Quintana Beach. Nothing like that in Alberta. We saw lots of shore birds and butterflies but the best bird was an Osprey on a pole perch, consuming a fish he had caught. Something seemed to be bothering him, so I took a long burst of images during which he had an "event". I did not see this in real time, but later on the computer, what a moment.

Here he is with his catch, they are such fierce looking birds.

And here he is, making more room for fish, our guests did not see this in real time either.

These are handheld, out the SUV window, cropped a bit. Lots of light on the beach in mid day.

Headed to Panama in 12 hours. In celebration of my return to Central America this shot re-imagined from Costa Rica last year.
I'm sure I'll see lots of little birds. I might even take a picture of one ;) But the main goal/hope from Panama is any raptor or OWL!
I thought of Pondrader when I typed owl and laught-but he understands my obsession I think :) In CR I got 5 species of owl but there
was one that eluded me even after 4 nights of walking, even in a downpour-the Mottled Owl. So I'm going to try again for this species
and fingers crossed I find one without a Bushmaster at my feet :(
