almost did not even get a shot this morning as i was out for the first time with the repaired lens. thankfully a sparrow showed up for a pose and then the monsoon hit me. never fails when i have a new toy to play with. seems to function properly but i suspect i'll need a micro adjust(looks like its front focussing a bit) but pretty happy with the repair.

Looks good to me, perhaps a bit sharper on the breast than eye, assuming the FP was on the eye.
