Just a preference of mine is all, and I'm trying to figure out how to employ it in my own shots too. It's a nice, even toned look without going overboard on the saturation, but there's a component to it that I'm still trying to achieve... a clean, "dry" look to the image. Yours and Shooz's work exhibit it, and it's really nice.
