Would have much rather been at 1/800th or faster. Seems to me that 1/640th or slower won't cut it @ 400 mm in the majority of owl flight situation.

Then it got me thinking: If I had an F4 lens, I could have been at ISO1600 which is slightly less annoying than 3200 on the 80d... which then got me thinkin: will the 90d gain enough SNR for $1400 to render ISO3200 cleaner vs. $4-$6000 for a 400DOII?
