a while back I posted a similar photo
I caught this wren flying up from the ground with yellow in its beak.
It landed on the fence then onto some firewood.
It's a marigold petal and it proceeded to 'kill' the petal then drop it, chase it, recapture it and eventually swallowed it. Very entertaining.
