Blue Tit. Not too bad considering it was taken through a window, although I'm not too happy with this upload - the original is quite a bit crisper.

My shrubs are great places to hide and eat, especially during an ice storm! These are Black capped Chickadees!

Very good indeed to get feather detail through a window, either you or the 100-400ii or a combo have done well, I'd bet it's the combo :)
