Very nice Kev! I like the effect of the lighting on this one.

Very attractive shot, John!

Very nicely composed shot, Sid!

Very nicely photographed, fotoi! The lighting is really great, and the image is very sharp.

Wow, what a cool looking pose, Paul! Plus, you really captured his subtle colors very nicely.

Another gorgeous male wood duck, fotoi!

Nicely captured, SYS!

Many thanks Mike.
Mr. Grackle was really strutting His stuff.:-)
Happy trails.

Great shot, Lame-Duck.

Good looking bird with a "lace" collar and all.
And the quality of the picture! I'm really impressed about Canon EOS R5's performance.

Well done.

Thank you very much, kartsahoo. I appreciate you encouraging comments. It you are thinking along the lines of the R5, you won't be disappointed.

Great shot Mike nice and sharp. You've gotten close too.

Thanks Neal. This guy really did let me get close. As long as he didn't see me move, he just kept coming closer.

California Valley Quail

That's one well fed Quail, and a pretty one too.
You're making Quail photography look easy but I think I know a bit better than that :-)
Very nice

My first shot of the female Evening Grosbeak. It was in our yard yesterday during some rain. I did not see the 2 males at all.

Redwing

Hi John, Nice sharp shots, my holly bush was had similar berries on it about three years ago and it was besieged by a flock of Redwings of biblical proportions, they hung around for about four days and stripped every berry in the garden. The bush is just getting back to normal.:-)
