Thanks mate, took it out today during our locally allowed walk/dog walk and did a few test shots, nothing special as I need to get used to way.

First shot with the new gear conditions were not the best overcast and quite dim, I usualy use spot metering but the camera arrived in Matrix metering mode so it was abit on the dark side and need lifting abit, a wee bit of de noise in Topaz and slight sharpening but apart from that its straight out the camera.

If my dogs ever stop spending all my money on vets bills I too will join the PF owners club. Spent almost the cost of the 500 PF last year, one dog may need her eye removed after they found cancer on her last surgery.

We've had a little bit of snow in N E England. It makes for a nice contrast for the pheasants which visit our garden. This one is attracted to the red berries on a low hanging branch. Sorry for the quality, taken from a distance through a double glazed window:
