A lousy pic (too far away) but notable that this red shouldered hawk, a male of a pair that is nesting at this wetlands, is extremely light in color, I think there is a white or almost white morph of this but have never seen one before. Hope I get closer next time.

Brown Falcon Falco berigora
It was back in same area when I passed today so was able to get another look at this beauty.
It didn't hang about though and soon moved further up the road.
Beautiful to observe it's intense watching for tucker
