Nice great egret shot, Mark! Cool reflection.

Taken yesterday, this is my best ever of an Eaglet in the nest. Fairly level elevation. I had to climb up a hill for this perspective :-D Shooting window was small with all the branches but what an awesome nest.

Thank you very much, Don!

I think one of your best, I love the parrot feather surrounding the wood duck

Many thanks Rob, and much appreciated. Parrot feather is fairly new to our San Joaquin river. Years ago I never saw it on any of our rivers.

Great shot, Stands out in the green plants.

Mike, I appreciate your kind words. I'm happy that you like the shot. Thank you.

Wow! That’s a beauty Mike! I really like the background.

Thank you so much, fotoi. When I snapped the shot, I didn't think much about it. When I saw it in Lightroom, I was kinda surprised. All I really had to do was crop, and sharpen it a bit.

Thank you Shortaction! I very much appreciate your thoughtful compliment.

Very nice. Good color and detail on the bird, but catching it in that vegetation really makes the shot.

What a nice, and thoughtful compliment, Ken! I appreciate it very much.
