Excellent shot, Ed! You caught this guy in full display.

I agree with you, and love all your magpie shots, Richard! They make such striking looking photos. I like this back view because it shows off patterns of this bird that I've not seen before.

Unbeatable sharpness of this drake wigeon, and beautiful color as always, fotoi!

Wow, is this shot an eye catcher, Lycomech! Both beautiful color and sharpness.

I like the composition of this shot. Excellent capture, Bill!

You sure have put that ol' water pump to good use, Bill! I love this shot.

Wonderful capture, Steve!

Very delightful shot, Tom!

Very cool shot, Ed! That little peeper has a whole bunch of growing to do.

Lovely capture, sw!

This shot is a striking beauty, Steve!

Very nicely captured shots, Rich...especially at 900 mm of magnification!

Very nice capture, Gene!

Thank you, Mike.

Thanks Mike. I'm conscious back views aren't preferred but as shown there's just so much beauty packed on the back it's worth showing.

Spotted Towhee

This bird is very attractively marked too.
The colours are interesting.
Very nicely composed.

Yet another White-throated Sparrow, birds which are notoriously difficult (for me at least) to photograph during the winter months but warm up along with the Spring weather. I do believe that they'll head north soon:

It looks as if this Pine Warbler is posing for its school's yearbook.
