Our Tasmanian Native hens love climbing and we have a wire gate that is currently down so rather than walk through the gap they climbed it and walked along it

well that was strange. I got Ohlooks response where the post said it was showing 'here' for my viewing but it wasn't actually showing plus your post appeared as a duplicate, now doesn't

You got what response of mine? I've occasionally posted comments in this thread, but not at all recently, unless my memory is a lot worse than I thought.

EDIT: Richard, I think I understand. When I posted, the result was wonky in the same way as in the B&W thread that had a problem recently, as I reported in the Software forum.

PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | A FEW CORRECT SPELLINGS: lens, aperture, amateur, hobbyist, per se, raccoon, whoa | Comments welcome

Ha! There's an established saying here to cook a Native Hen put it in a pot with a stone and cook until stone is soft, then throw out the chook and eat the stone :-P
They're tough, very dark meat.
I've eaten them but they take slow cooking.

They're protected so won't find them in market or on menus in dining out.

Very nice! Need to find one!

Many thanks, S2k! Well, if you see 4 head stripes, start and keep shooting! Good luck!
