I finally figured out shooting various species of white egrets/herons but loons are more difficult, I would think. Your post processing must be brilliant or you are able to finesse your 7D2 because your photos have good color and are sharp. Thanks Kim, I think you need both lol.. theres a ton of white to get right on a black bird. all in crazy light Jeff ........, 7D, 70-300L, 100-400LII
