Well for last week and a half I've been setting up the bird studio hoping for a J.
Perches/background/foo​d/fly-ways/etc.

So someone hit my car, backed into it in a parking lot.....so I'm walking to the car to drive it to the repair shop.
What lands on a limb 20 feet from me? Yep, but a crap perch and too many focus points chosen BUT, and how often does
this happen, he flies and lands on a much better perch!
I'm telling ya good vodka is the reason

Eastern Towhee. Enigmatic birds, their call is an inquisitive salutation. They are very bold and companionable, but not in an annoying Catbird sort of way.

I gave the 500 II the day off, and instead ventured out with the fantastic 100-400 II. A little noisier IQ, in exchange for a much lighter load, some days it's worth the trade off.
