A friend was asking if I had any Goldfinch photos. I told her I had some of females as well as an immature male. She said she really liked yellow. I said, "Have you ever seen a Vireo?"

I believe you may have a Pine Warbler here though
Vireos have the distinct little hook at the tip of their thicker bill, and a more bold yellow eye ring. Yet another one of the easily confused species in the world of birds.
