I lost my Lightroom 6 catalog. I restored it from a recent backup. My Export User Presets, Watermarks, etc. are missing. I always have the "Store presets in catalog" set. I am running Win7. The presets are not in user data on C:. Guidance?

The files will have been stored somewhere on your hard drive. You should be able to relink/import them.

The default on Win7/8 is apparently

C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\[preset or template folder]\[preset or template filename.lrtemplate]

I lost my Lightroom 6 catalog.

Define "lost". What exactly happened. Lost implies it may be found... deleted is something different altogether. If the folder the catalog was in was deleted than everything in it was also deleted... including your presets, which, contrary to your quote above are not stored "in" the catalog, they are stored with the catalog (in the same folder).

Unfortunately the presets are no backed up with the catalog so, unless you did a back up of them yourself they may well be lost. As I said above, really depends on what exactly happened.
