Save your pennies for a very long time folks. The paltry 13EV dynamic range of Sony dSLRs with FF sensors pales in comparison to Phase One dynamic range of 15 stops.

What do I need more, a car or a digital back?....

I'm not exactly surprised with the MP or the price. With DSLR's hitting 50+MP, medium format backs were bound to go here pretty soon. The higher ISO range did surprise me though, so it seems that Sony has delivered once again with some pretty amazing sensor tech.

I personally got to play with one today. Dayme! Phase One is moving in the right direction! Amazing camera, amazing colors, amazing amazing amazing. Very glad I got to experience it!
