used for the first time Lee ND grad, and it was raining a bit, and was careful on use, filter dried out and i brushed it and wiped it ... with the Lee clothe

it has now lots on very short, tiny marks/scratches ? :-( i was so careful ! apart from shooting into the sun or lights, any ideas if this will show up?

tbh not sure what else i could of done, apart from not using it!

Hi, I used LEE filters for a while especially the NDG's but now all sold as I found what i beleive to be a better option.
On youtube I saw this

Takes a bit of practise but found it easier especially with horizons that have objects protruding into them.
Not everyones cup of tea but if you have Photoshop try it!!
Russ

Many Thanks,
Russell.

I think i have some Hitech resin filters and have that issues you talked about, so what i did is to spend a lot of money[a fortune] and bought all glass filters, glass filters are better in everything except one thing, if they were dropped then they will break into pieces, other than that i really can't go back to resin filters anymore.
