I'm currently editing this photo...

It's an HDR I first used Photomatix then Lightroom and Now PSE 11.

This is the version from LR... I noticed some clipping especially allong the wall and ceiling. How do I remove that?
Do I need to go back into Photomatix and selectively deghost it so it's darker?

Please help if it's not too hard... It will save me time searching around online for a good video.

Thanks in advanced!
Seth

I think you could work on dropping the highlights and whites to reduce the clipping. To me, they don't look to bad though anyway.
I would however work on getting rid of whatever that highlight is in the middle of the foreground. I assume it is probably some light coming from a source outside the frame, but it just looks odd and out of place and also appears to be clipping tremendously.
But I like the image overall. The combination of the color from the trees and their reflection in combination with the stark like of the bright crossing reflection are kind of cool in my humble opinion.

Thank you for the help... I believe I may have figured it out.

I may need to use a new image for the deghosting. I'll see what I can do.

Thank you,
Seth

I like the image.

A "faults" do not ruin it. I'd like to see if you get a version you feel improves on it. I might crop some off the top.

Your whites don't look bad and honestly I wouldn't expect much shadow detail in the areas you mention.

Nice HDR without going overboard, but I def agree about cloning out the blob in the foreground and perhaps cropping some off the top.

Cheers!

Jeff
