I do wildlife photography and have collection of Indian wildlife images. Want to know if I can find buyers to make some money. Don't want to sell the photo stock companies.

Thanks

Jai.

Go to art festivals and setup a tent. Print posters and sell those, as they will sell much more than an expensive large framed print. But, you may just catch someone's eye. And get your name out there. Have a card & website handy.

Look for new buildings (offices, hospitals, clinics, stores, schools, etc) and see if they're looking for wall art (this is actually common). Card & website handy. You may be able to work out a deal for several prints.

Stock photo isn't really even a big deal for an entry point anymore either especially in a single genre with limited quantity.

Don't expect to make a killing. The world of print-buying is very limited and the digital age has changed perspectives of value.

The reality is, there's more money in workshops than prints. Hence, everyone and their brother does workshops and very few people sell prints.

Very best,

I sell enough wildlife images to pay for my gear and more. What helped me is asking the question: where do you want to see your images used, and why should they select your images. Once you find your target market/ audience make a plan to target the clients your after.
