I downloaded the sofware (the adobe and the software with the black booklet). I downloaded Adobe Reader also. The computer isn't picking up the 20d (yes it's hooked up lol, yes it's in the correct port lol). Can anyone please help? canon weight

wgoodey Mostly Lurking 19 posts Joined Jan 2006 More info | Mar 06, 2006 22:28 | #3 I'm pretty sure you have to have the 20D TWAIN drivers installed for the computer to recognize it. If I remember correctly, it's not on the same disc that Digital Photo Professional is on.
