The following photos are shot through glass and cropped so they are far from great quality, just documenting this bird. I believe it is a Grackle although it's tail doesn't look like one when it flies.
It has only one leg, the right side, and comes in to feed in my front yard late mornings each day, always feeding on the ground. It will only land on large branches 1 1/2 inches in diameter or larger and wooden fence post. It doesn't seem to be easily scared off by Blue Jays or Red Bellied Woodpeckers that normally dominate the feeders, it stands it's ground like life depends on feeding no matter what.
I had one identical to this one all of last winter that showed up after the temperatures became brutally cold. I wonder if it is indeed the same bird that has managed to cope with this disability, if so he is a tough one.
It is and has always been alone, do not have any other of his kind feeding here in winter. It feeds by lying on the ground and only stands to move or fly away.

I was able to get much closer and less crop for better photos.

Not shooting through window glass sure helps too.

I'm wondering if this is a Brewer's blackbird? Birds can often do well on one leg.

BeeKeeper, I honestly don't know what it is, the eye color eliminates some. The head is somewhat brown and when it flies the tail is spread horizontally.

I'm thinking Brewer's, but I'm not sure looking on my tablet.

Now looking on my computer I'm pretty sure it's a Brewer's blackbird. I had a pair of Rusty blackbirds at the feeder this afternoon.

You could be right on it being a Rusty. It is not a Grackle and must either be a Rusty or Brewers blackbird. Have not seen it again since I took the last photo of it though the weather has been extreme cold which is when it normally appeared.

Rusty blackbirds have light brown feather edges.

Thanks BeeKeeper for the Rusty shots, much more brown tipped feathers than I expected. I do not recall seeing any of these here before. This is close to proving your first suggestion as being correct. I'm far from an expert on birds but enjoy trying to identify new ones in my area which seems to occur this time of year and springtime with migration.
