First still life, "Favorite Things" book project

My daughter sees a speech therapist and she suggested I take pictures of her favorite objects and have them printed into a book. This way she can look through the book as a way to help her with her speech. So of course I thought I'd turn it into a learning experience.

Here are a couple I did yesterday. I'm aiming for simple. I didn't think in advance of giving enough space to write the word so I may have to reshoot. Feedback welcome.

I look at your pictures a bit differently after reading your thread regarding your lack of support at home for your photography.
