Having had canon primes,in the past,this 3rd party lens was a pleasant surprise,and is very sharp with either 7dmk11,or the 5dmk111.
Professional build,great IS,and I,m sure you,ll love yours.bought the C model for my girlfriend,Ishrani who posts on here,and hers is equally as sharp!
The bad side:
Only shoot hand-held most of the time,so it gets pretty heavy(6.96 lbs + camera body)Did 3 hours straight one day of ducks IF,and I had to put it down after that,as my arms were dead! luckily I had my 400/f/5.6,with me,so I continued with it.
Will probably end up selling mine when the 400 Do version 2 arrives.
