1. Terrible composition and exposure. Way too much highlights on the top left corner where all the details are burned out. "Bullseye" framing is not good here, unless you get close enough to fill the frame with the eye.

2. The title is macro, but this shot isn't. You need to get much more closer and try to use a larger aperture to narrow the dof, to make your focal point stand out from the background. In this one the main flower kind blended in with the background, makes it kind messy to look at, especially with the mixture of purple and green, not very pleasing to look at.
