So the wife, I use her as my model, threw a profile on model mayhem. She got some offers and we went and shot yesterday for her first time. The photographer was a really cool guy. He saw my Pentax K1000 sitting in my bag and asked if I shoot a lot of film, I told him I had just picked it up there other day. Next thing I know he's handing me a Nikon FG with a 50 1.8. Said it was given to him years ago for free and he hasn't shot film in at least 15 years ( helps that he has an f3 too). Best part is the 50mm 1.8 to play with on my d5200.
