I've put a short (blurry) vid on youtube... Any ideas what is causing the flash to switch modes (modes?) like that?

I'm trying to set some flash compensation, but that display kind of blinks with a different icon that I'm not familar with.
I think it's to do with wireless.. but what does the +3 mean. (I don't recall turning on any wireless settings regardless)
