I was there ready to spend money so I don't think he was pulling my chain. This is in Canada mind you but we get stuff at the same time. Canon 30D

But it's very hard to pull an extra $150 to $300 out of my pocket just because I like them. When a model like the 30D comes out, nobody is giving a discount, so the only extra is tax vs. shipping.
