Can you advise me on this one please, ive found both of these used, the 10-22 is £145 more expensive, is the 10-22 worth it or do i go for the cheaper 10-18, thank you guys cheers...Ray

It also is 2/3-stop slower, and 1/3 the price, if you buy new. The 10-18 is much smaller and lighter than the 10-22. The real difference to me is that the 10-18 has IS and STM. Both make it a very nice UWA for video with the DPAF of the 70D or 7DII. The only reason to prefer the 10-22 is if you need the extra 4mm on the long end. I doubt it makes much difference to most folks. The 10-18 STM is more prone to flare than the 10-22. The hood helps.
