Just got mine delivered. Probably among the first few in India. Though I didn't get much time to test it tonight, I did fire few quick fire shots (of what I could find baring angry wife and screaming kid).
I do see myself using up to 25600 pretty frequently now. 51200 seems decent and usable after a bit of processing. I didn't test beyond that as of now. Tomorrow may be.

12800 / 25600 / 51200 jpgs (with default RAW -> JPG conversion. I guess noise reduction at 14 points). RAW files uploaded as well.

thanks for these links
when you zoom in at 4:1 on the 12,8 and 25,6 you can see a huge difference in noise
that said, 40 sharpening, 40 Masking, 20 Luminance NR in LR and there is basically no difference of the 25,6k ISO and 12,800
with 'only' 20 megapixels, unlike the 5DSR's 50, you have to use less NR with 1DX II files, and I think 20 - 25 Luminance NR at 25,600 ISO, after playing with it a bunch, seems to be the sweet spot, of that tradeoff - file looks fine at 1:1 and therefore will make a good print - anything higher ISO I don't think will stand up for large prints, if you are very anal, but for Social Media you should be able to use 50 or 100k - for gritty B&W pictures, you can easily use 51,2K ISO
here you go

51,200 ISO 1:1 center frame crop with NR (40 Sharpening, 50 Masking, 40 Luminance NR)
- i didn't do any other work on the file except what is listed here
- after posting this, I played with the individual colour saturations and luminances, and you can play enough with the 51,200 file and almost get it to look like the 12,800 file for small sized prints and therefore for most uses, you can use this camera in Auto ISO upto 50k
- the caviat is the incamera jpegs use too much NR smoothing for high ISO files so much better to do it yourself in RAW

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.
