EF-S you say? Wonder what the 35mm equivalent would be considering this was designed for 57x57mm 1:1 format? Maybe it will finally give my particularly unstealthy self the reach I need for some decent birding shots.

So if it was designed for a 57mm x 57mm frame and I stick a crop body in there, does that give me a 2.375 crop factor essentially giving me a 6032 f/8 lens. Awesome.

Although, with it, I could shoot my kids' soccer games from across the town, I noticed it does not have IS. No go
