Finally got to try out my new Harbordigitaldesigns XT Flash Extender Kit.These are straight on the camera,as I don't have a flash bracket, to elevate the flash,at the moment.Pretty pleased with the light dispersion, and the ease of use,and the tight fit of the unit on the flash.no more drooping! don't think I will ever use my BB,ever again! Tests were done with 7dmk11/400m f/5.6,on a monopod.Used as fill flash,on high speed sync.

Very nice, I like that you can't tell at all that flash was involved, pretty cool test, and really, both are really good shots.
I may have to look into that.
I do see a small amount of "steel eye" on the Chickadee, but in comparison to mine with bare flash, well... heheh

Great test, Denis!

Thank you!
It,s a bit more money than the BB,but well worth it in my opinion.
Only con,is that it,s not as portable!

Very nice, especially the first one. You've piqued my interest. I'll be checking out the extender. Thank you for sharing the photos and the link.

It would be useful to see some comparison shots - with and without the Harbour XT, and also a comparison to the Better Beamer - so we can see what it actually does.

I have their diffusion kit, so could possibly buy just the Fresnel lens and frame to hold it, but would like to see first what it can do.

These are just my views, and more testing is in order.unfortunately, with long working hours,i,m not able to do a complete review, and comparison,to the BB.
Here,s a review I read, that made me decide to buy one.
