If an eagle is attacking your quad copter and you shoot it, is it some sort of self defense? If an eagle is attacking your quad-copter and you aim your shotgun at it so the eagle's owner shoots your gun out of your hands (damaging your gun) who pays the repair bill?

What if while he is raising his six-shooter, to shoot your shotgun, that you have aimed at the eagle, that is attacking your quad copter, a third party uses a bull whip to knock it out of his hand?

I come here for your expert opinion. Please do not hesitate to critique or edit.

Those are becoming real questions! You can force somebody to leave your yard, but apparently a Drone can fly around and you cannot prevent it. I am not opposed to somebody controlling airspace within a reasonable height above their property, say 500 foot or so...Your Drone disappeared over my yard? Really? Oh well...

Courts will be busy figuring this out for next several years.
