This is a gorgeous top side image, Denis!
I find the background to be particularly attractive, as the colors are a wonderful complement to those of the duck's plumage.

An interesting tidbit of info about this species is that it used to be called the "Oldsquaw", and the name was changed to "Long Tailed Duck", partly because the name "Oldsquaw" was considered to be politically incorrect.

The Oldsquaw was the species featured on the 1967 U.S. Federal Duck Stamp (artwork by Les Kouba).
