(forgot name, some brand of photo paper started with A) "Twist body" 1.2MP (like the old Nikon 990)

Ansco? AGFA?

AGFA! Man I had major brain fart last night with it on the tip of my typing fingers but could not come up with it.

AGFA ePHOTO 1280!

I got a pic of a Peregrine falcon looking like a dot in the sky as it flew overhead, and that is what spurred me to go into DLSR and long lenses :)

Oh, boy! No way can I remember all the dates. Here is a list, generally in chronological order.

Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash. (still have a working copy)
Various 110 Kodaks.
Yashica FX-2 (1975)
Yashica FX-3 Super 2000. (best 35mm SLR ever made) Used 2 of these until the shutter broke.
Ricoh KR-30SP (or close)
Panasonic DMC-FZ8 (only camera I've ever won a contest with)
500D
450D
60D
SX260HS
5D
7D
G15
6D
70D

Seriously considering selling both the 6D and 70D to buy a 5DIII. I am not focal length challenged, so the 70D's only purpose is AI-Servo at my grandkids' sports/athletics events. 5DIII should handle that nicely.

More or less in consecutive order of acquisition over the past few decades. There may be a few incidental oddities I've forgotten. There's at least one 35 mm RF I don't recall the make/model of - just that it had a light cream never-ready case.

* - no longer owned. One or two others may not still function, or may no longer be usable due to film types not being available.

You know the one thing I have noticed about a lot of us that are 50 or older is the relativly small number of film bodies compared to digital. It seems like we kept our film SLRs for a lot longer without constantly needing to upgrade them. While since going digital, and for most that seems to have been between ten and fifteen years for the real early adopters, there seems to be as many or more DSLRs as in maybe 30 plus years of shooting film.

I guess that just shows the pace of development of the DSLR, and of course the fact you can't just drop the latest sensor in an old body. Unlike dropping the latest film stock in film cameras.

An astute observation. Upgrading a body today is often quite similar to buying a different kind of film back in the 1970's or 1980's.

"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Canon SureShot II 35mm P&S from grade school until college. Then I got a Canon EOS Rebel 35mm with a 28-80mm kit lens. It's an SLR but it does autofocus! I couldn't wrap my head around that, it was such a new thing to me.

That one lasted me all the way up until I got the 50D that I'm using today.

Not counting shared/borrowed:

Sony DSC-H7 (bridge superzoom), 2008
iPhone 4, 2010, sold
iPhone 5, 2012, traded for 50D
Canon XTi, 2013
iPhone 6, 2014
Canon 6D, 2014
Canon 50D, 2015

The 50D lives in my car right now as a grab-and-go. I've been meaning to get rid of the XTi and the Sony, both of which are just collecting dust.
