Roasted Broccoli Soup

Nice shot Marianne ... a couple of things that in my mind would improve the picture. First, there is not really a clear pic of the soup... only a small window on the front cup / bowl shows the broccoli and soup. Second, pay attention to the background... the salt/pepper shakers and the oil is distracting. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the feedback. I go back and forth on props so I used the S and P and oil this time! Good point abut the soup not too visible! Thanks!!

Perhaps the shape of the plate, multiple items and visibility of the soup lends to be an overhead shot.
