Selling a jpg

I'm in talks with a medical facility who would like to use some of my image files and do their own printing and framing in order to keep their look consistent among their buildings. I've done this before but have never been quite sure about a reasonable price for the jpg. I understand about a one-time use contract etc.

Can anyone give me any ideas about a going price?

Think a lot depends on how many prints they will be making, how long they plan to use them and what their budget is. I do not believe there is really a set price that people go off of each case is different.
