I always wanted a Nikon PC-E 45 and 85 bit no way I can justify the price since it would be just for goofing around since I'm far from being a pro
Further to that, I figured lens would be rarely used
The solution I came up with was a Mirex TS adapter for Hasselblad lenses
http://www.mirex-adapter.de/tilt_shift_adapter.htm
They were very responsive with Emails and item arrived quickly .
This German made adapter's movements are outstanding. The machine work and quality is typical German precision
Kipon is knocking off their adapter, but for what they want for offshore , I would much rather pay a bit more and get the Mirex
What I found neat with this, is now I can pick up relatively inexpensive Hasselblad lenses of various focal lengths
I currently have a 50mm FLE and a 120 Makro Planar. The Zeiss glass on these lenses are great , and they are a joy to manual focus ( I just go off the focus confirmation dot, or just live view )
My new 810 body can split screen the zoom of the live view, which is very handy when tilting
I guess these Hasselblad lenses aren't in huge demand , since I picked up both for a steal on local Craigslist
Only downside is the widest that is commonly available is 50mm . Their 40mm tends to be quite a bit more than the 50mm
This may or may not be wide enough for what you want. I played with a PC-E 24 , and since I don't need the shifting ( perspective correction ) for architectural , the 24mm is not required for what I do
Lastly, if you need wider, since the tilt is perpendicular to the shift, you can always shift the lens left and right to do a panorama stitch for a wide ass ( side to side ) tilted exposure
