The foggy morning left few people driving about or on the street. I had my camera and was taking "foggy pictures". This man struck me as prepared for a hunker down, alone. The other is a long exposure in Moss St. (Laguna Beach.) Used ND filter and tripod. There are times for those wispy waters, and there are times it is overdone. Well this one deserved some overdone.

Same with ours Richard. Inspeqtor, he means the saying, not that he actually was born in a tent. I guess that's the Australian version.
