My feeling is that the 5DIV is less than a year away (possibly this fall?). Canon fired a double barrel with the 1DXII and now the 80D, so the next 5D can't be that far off...

Unless the 6DII shows up first?

Yes. I've been looking at these too but i think a second body will be more beneficial to me for now, no matter HOW BADLY id love to have a 300 f2.8...
