First time I ever shot softball at our high school using a Canon 7D & Sigma 50-150 f2.8 lens .

Very nice shots. First tournament tomorrow night. Love shooting the girls and they always like the pictures. I just shoot for fun because my granddaughter pitches and plays shortstop. I've got a lot to learn.

6D, 6DII, 70D, 80D, R10, RP, Lumix DC-FZ80 and a bag full of lenses.

Awesome set. Those girls can really bring it. I don't know if I'd be more scared of a MLB pitcher throwing at me or a windmill softball pitcher.

Nice images. Especially like #6 of the girl sliding home. you caught peak action nicely. Also good to see a fellow East Texan on here. I am in Tyler and shoot all the Robert E. Lee Baseball/Softball games I can get to. Mainly varsity baseball because my son is a senior pitcher on the team. If you enjoy the softball you should go watch UT Tyler's softball. they are incredible!

I may just do that and go watch them play. Likewise it's good to see a fellow East Texan on here as well. Thanks for the compliments and also the criticisms as well because I need both to get better at photography. I like these shots but I also think I could've dialed down the vignette some. I still have alot to learn.

I like all of the images except for the pitcher. I would have shot from other side. Or I usually shoot through the fence behind the catcher. It's a great **** getting the ball coming towards the plate.
