From my recent rip to the Mayan Riviera

We just returned from a week in the sun where I had the privilege of seeing these Pelicans for the first time. We were fascinated by the they located their prey by aerial reconnaissance and then committing themselves to capturing them with a full on header.

Thanks. Yep... tons of fun to watch. They appear to be very efficient at locating and capturing their prey.

Thanks. We love the stretch of beach in this area. Walked about 6 or 7 miles a day. This was our second visit to the resort.
