While I agree you've improved them some... I'd go for an even tighter crop. Just above her head, to her elbow, just below dog's chin, to the edge of her hair on the left.

All the other info is just confusing... crop it tightly to show the faces - we don't need legs, guitar, bed in the back etc.

She'll like it even more.
