Guessing they used a beanbag for that pic. So baby is on a tilt.

Also, the baby is photoshopped into the egg and the flower dream catcher. I photographed the props separately to the baby and photo shopped them in. Baby safety first

I had a sneaking suspicion that that was the case because I try to prop them up on and angle and it never works
