Hi!
I was "wandering" (Edit) on the internet and wondered (end of edit) if anyone found a "better way" of carrying around an AD360 to the shooting location ...
:)

I keep mine mounted on my light stand...just take the whole thing that way...lay it gently sideways in the trunk...never need a case. I have a clip that keeps a white umbrella attached to the leg...so setup time is nil...my fill light is an on camera flash which is always right in my main camera bag.

+1 on the response from TeamSpeed. I also use a Pelican case that I have "customized" by pulling the appropriate foam to build padded homes for the flashes.

I have a 1560 case dedicated to my OCF lights. Holds

2 CL360's
1 CL 180
all cables, light stand clamps
4 batteries and 4 extra batteries
4 YN622C transmitters
2 Cells 11 triggers.
small case holding all transmitters
video light
carries all my camera batteries and AA batteries

still have room to pile stuff inside

Once in at a location, I set up on C stands and will do what echelonphoto does with the lights. Easy to lay down and transport

This 1560 case is 9 yrs old and I beat the crud out of it every time I go out. Use it for a step stool. It rolls everywhere. Cant say enough good things about pelican cases.....Must haves in my opinion

These seem built like Pelican, but don't have the warranty of Pelican. If you are on a budget, consider these. I like the idea of a hard case for lighting just because the protection of impact.

Just watch for monoprice coupons, you should be able to get $10-20 off an order, or more if you are patient.
