Sorry the images are not their best but they were so far away I needed a 400mm or larger lens . I was using my 200mm f/4L with a 1.4x tele . I heard that these Ruddy Ducks were in the water at a local wildlife reserve so I did a walk today and this is all I was able to get .They were starting to do their courtship . Hope you enjoy even tho they aren't that good .

Thank you sir ! Yes they were fun to watch ! Glad I at least got to see them . I went back sunday with a videocam but they were hidden away and sleeping . Only one was messing around some but too far for the cam to get good focus :( . Next week i'll fo with my 400mm , maybe i'll have enough reach .
