Post your portraits that aren't worthy of their own thread

I don't understand why these "aren't worthy of their own thread". I would be much more inclined to look at them if they were in fact in their own thread.

Nice shot. Weird question but.....By any chance was this taken next to a river a couple hours outside of St. Petersburg? My wife's family has a dacha out there (which I've visited) and it looks EXACTLY like your scene. Probably way off but had to ask.

Thanks for the tip. No, it is near the provincial city Kovrov, in which I live. Somewhere in the 20 km from the city.

Thank you very much. If you mean lighting, you are looking at it in the shot. I was literally demonstrating candle light portraiture for a class and I couldn't cheat with extra light. lol

exif is above the shot and is correct.

I think this is the only catagory this fits. Taken at the Blist Hill Museum in Shropshire UK. A demonstration of the old technique of candle making by hand
